Authentic fireplaces carefully restored using traditional methods. Each piece is dismantled and restored section by section, removing wear to reveal the original materials and craftsmanship beneath. Finished using high-quality, period-appropriate materials and built to last. Restored, not reproduced.
St. Anne’s Marble (Gris Sainte-Anne) originates primarily from Belgium (specifically the Charleroi/Biesme region) and the French Pyrenees (Arudy region). It is a luxurious, dark grey-to-brown stone characterized by striking white, crystalline veins, widely used in classic, high-end applications like fireplaces, furniture, and flooring.
While the Belgian type is a classic dark grey, other variations exist with different regional shades, including pinkish or greenish tones in some French quarries, though the dark, veined variety is most iconic.
